      Great people to work with

      Cons

      Leadership, career growth opportunities, company direction are all non existent. Loyalty no longer matters and you're just a number to them. Layoffs are plentiful if you like those.

      Pros

      There are some truly incredible people working at hc1, and the company culture is top notch. Flexible PTO, on-site benefits are all great.

      Cons

      hc1 is not growing and continues layoffs. At this rate I fear the worst. I wish this wasn't true because I would have been happy to finish my career there.
