      Micromanagement & Must Be Experienced

      Pros

      Lots of exposure to hardware equipment and very interesting projects in the IoT field.

      Cons

      -long hours (10-13 hrs, mon-fri) are expected with no overtime due to salary -little to no training or transition into the company -one boss/CEO who micromanages (no HR, etc) with unrealistic expectations and hostile commentary -small team (only 3 employees for software, 0 hardware on site)
