Pros
Leftovers of our entrepreneurial days still there, free snacks/coffee, good passionate rank and file employees.
Cons
Benefits costs doubled, no coverage with salary's. Bonuses moved from being paid in February for the previous year to being paid at the end of May. Used to have almost 0 turn-over, I expect anyone who can leave will leave after bonus is paid.
