Pros

I worked in the Austin office for their technical support branch. Okay as a temporary entry level job for persons interested in starting their career in technical support or software engineering. You can sometimes get free coffee.

Cons

Manipulative micromanagement. Fickle favoritism that can change at the drop of a hat. The environment is riddled with fear from the top down. When it comes to personal morals and values, you best always keep them to yourself in lieu of imposed trepidation. There is an overwhelming atmosphere of bigotry, racism and sexism abhorrent in the Austin office. The direct customers of this company are jumping ship to outsource as much of their technical support as possible in order to avoid interaction with C-Level management. The 6-month outlook for the business as is looks dismal.
