Pros
The students are generally serious and committed. Payment is regular. The work is consistent. There are online workshops dedicated to improving teacher skills.
Cons
I had problems with my internet from time to time requiring that I either cancel or request leave (ahead of time). After having this occur a number of times they let me go. No reasons were ever mentioned for ending my employment although I had worked for the company for over ten years.
