Pros

-Free lunch for different occasions -Easy work -Environmental concern -Nice people -Director of Operations

Cons

-Communication was always horrible. Nearly every week some new process or procedure was implemented with little explanation of why or its purpose. -Huge debacle in starting pay for new hires. After hiring employees in at $10/hr, management got tired of people turning down employment offers or quitting within the first couple weeks, so they raised the entry wage. However, those who had been hired in at $10 were not adjusted to match what brand new Ops employees were making for quite some time, leaving everyone baffled that someone who just started could be making nearly the same as someone who had been there a year or more. Of course, senior management was slow to react and after making themselves look ridiculous and incompetent, they finally got the hint. -While the work is easy, a monkey could do nearly every job in Ops, so expect monotonous and mind-numbing work 99% of the time. -Raises were arbitrary, with most people getting less than a quarter for their yearly review. Reviews were usually postponed numerous times and held months later than everyone was told. -Incentives were always raised even tho they "wanted" you to hit them. My department's was raised 15-20 times and we were often accused of sandbagging when they were grossly underestimated from the start. (Why would we do extra work for free?) -COO. She admitted to planting fake reviews on here to "balance out" the bad ones. She was so over-the-top fake and energetic that I would get exhausted just hearing her. During one quarterly meeting, she was constantly interrupting presentations to treat everyone like they were 5, handing out gum ball prizes and being loud and obnoxious to give the "I'm on your side" vibe (she was the one who did nearly all of the firing). -Those promoted to management were usually those who rocked the boat the least, not the most qualified. -College degree's are given 0 value even tho they like seeing that you have one. -Recycled Keeper program, at least when I was there, seemed to be a scam or, at the very least, a shady business practice. It was essentially tell the customer their device was worthless and was going to be shredded when, in reality, was kept in a storage room and sold overseas, giving the company a 100% profit. -COO brought many previous coworkers on board, making you wonder who actually got the job because they were qualified, not because they sucked up to the COO or were her favorite at a previous stop.
