No timesheets, not too much overtime, some free drinks, concert tickets, RSP matching.
Cons
By far the worst briefs I’ve ever seen (no one-pager, no KPIs, no RTBs, no key message, no bull’s eye audience, no real insights, just rambling decks). Boring work, mostly adapts from the U.S. The projects that seem exciting get cancelled or watered down to the point that the work is embarrassing and you don’t want to be associated with it. Cringey video montage of right wing Americans on Fox News and new partner Dana White saying they’ll give Bud light “another chance” after we worked with one Trans influencer. This is celebrated as a big win.
