Pros
Having just started at digEcor about a month ago, I can only say great things so far. The leadership is great and very supportive in all aspects. Coming from a large corporation with a top-heavy structure, digEcor certainly feels like a breath of fresh air. It was a little difficult to ramp up with the lingo and understand internal dynamics initially, but it gets clear now. Company hires according to cultural fit first and foremost. The engineering team is great in self organizing. You can’t beat having team members who are friendly to each other and are both good at and passionate about what they do.
Cons
Only infrastructure issue as a result of recent growth. The good news is that the company has solid plans to eradicate all key issues for the infrastructure very soon.

initially it sounded like a good place to work. i found out very quickly it wasn't.
Cons
management do not listen. They constantly mislead and downright lie. the products are at best development units. They are never fully tested, constant issues cause customer major issues.
