      High impact, helping women around the world grow their businesses or give them inspiration to navigate the journey. Team is full of A-Players who get things done but also know how to have fun. Our last team off site was in Napa for 3 days. I

      It's a lean team and mostly remote. Luckily we run events where everyone can meet up quite frequently.

      None. Absolutely awful working experience.

      Cons

      CEO is entirely focused on self-promotion and personal branding rather than substantive value creation. CEO is a complete egomaniac. Communication from the top is frequently abrasive and creates an environment that feels more hierarchical than empowering. More concerning, however, is the underlying content of the program itself. After reviewing the CEO's materials alongside experienced and credible business professionals, much of the guidance appears to lack rigor, depth, and real-world applicability. I highly recommend avoiding this "company" altogether.

      - Disorganized internal processes - CEO only wants employees who agree with her, and anyone who challenges her gets axed fairly quickly - Mean girl behaviour among the CEO's inner circle - Sketchy people management practices - Lack of diversity on team - Questionable product offerings
