      arcplan US was formerly moving up.

      Good work environment for most employees. Wages were mostly competitive.

      Cons

      Sales teams were constantly being fired, hired. New customers didn't come in.

      pretty good products, niche markets, energetic knowledgeable team. Flexible company, decent pay, supportive groups. Good leaders.

      Cons

      Small company with brand recognition issues in a crowded US market. Merger with Longview Solutions will kill what's left of it. A better go-to-market strategy needed.
