      Pros

      Good work/life balance, standard benefits, manageable workload, very approachable CEO, workflow is generally straightforward / linear due to type of clients and projects the firm engages with.

      Cons

      Unorganized team management, firm focuses on profitability instead of quality of it's own work, lack of commitment to staff growth projects and endeavors, company procedures and standards exist but are not followed, general lack of (or misuse of) talented individuals results in mediocre work and office culture.
