This is definitely the worst company I have ever worked for and it is a culture of "work harder, not smarter". There is no clear vision or direction and the leadership team doesn't trust their employees. They need to be involved in every call, however, they don't read prep documents or remember previous conversations making the sales cycle confusing to prospective customers. I could go on and on about how toxic this company is, so please do yourself a favor and stay far away!
