Great compensation and benefits. There is no micro-management which is great as it gives you the chance to find your own solutions to problems and bring your creativity to the team. Job flexibility and team. Bonuses and gifts. Unlimited PTO. Your voice matters!

It is a startup, meaning that if you like structure, then this wouldn't be the best job for you. Other than that, It is an amazing job for a long-term career.
