      * If you’re excited about the AI wave, Zego is a great place to be. The company has been quick to adopt AI tools, with a strong mindset that people own the thinking and design while AI helps with execution. * You work closely with stakeholders and engineers across the business, which makes it easy to learn from people with different perspectives and skill sets. * The pace is fast, but not at the expense of quality. There’s a genuine focus on building things well rather than just shipping quickly. * Lots of smart, experienced people who are generous with their knowledge and willing to help. * The company values aren’t just words on a wall, they show up in how people work together and treat each other.

      Cons

      There are a lot of Slack channels, which can sometimes make communication feel scattered and lead to useful information getting lost or buried.

      Dynamic, high impact work environment with supportive team

      Pros

      - Total commitment on challenging the status quo brings new challenges every day. - Great remote working policies. While we are "hybrid" it usually amounts to going to the office if you want to, or are needed for a one off meeting a few times a quarter. - "Work from anywhere" allowances. - Pushing forward in the AI space gives a whole new area of career development. - Travel expenses covered. - Supportive and friendly team members.

      Cons

      - The environment and speed of delivery is not for everyone - we are expected to drive as much impact while limiting resource churn as much as possible. - It's easy to fall into working out-of-hours / weekends with the pressure to deliver, although this is not a company expectation - more my own desire to finish things.
