      The greatest opportunity I never want to have again

      Pros

      Incredible production team who at the time were extremely talented and willing to learn new things in order to make everyone's lives easier. Many of the friendships created there I have to this day.

      Cons

      It was a toxic "do as I say" environment, that was problematic and constantly ignored. People literally were working in fear.

      Pros

      Cool work environment and office space -Walking distance to restaurants -Covered parking -Casual attire Awesome coworkers -Some of the best people I have ever met Flex time -This is a huge benefit when scheduling doctor appointments or if you need to skip out early on a Friday Fun clients -You will work with clients in every industry. Fast paced (this could be a pro or con depending on your personality) -No two days are ever the same -This is not a boring "desk job" -You may wear many hats. This is a great skill to have and will set you up for success in the future. -Digital marketing changes every day, no matter the company. In this industry you should expect to think on your feet and be challenged. Learning opportunities -Not only are the people there awesome, but also very smart. It is common to collaborate and gain knowledge from cowokers and management. -Zeekee is a small company. This gives employees the opportunity to gain experience in multiple areas.

      Cons

      Change in process -There have been a lot of times where the process has changed at Zeekee. This can become time consuming and frustrating when change occurs. On the flip side, it creates an opportunity to be a part of the mechanics and find solutions for workflow problems. This also means that your opinion will be heard at Zeekee, as long as you vocalize it.

      Management listens to everyone and is respectful of workload. No one has to work weekends or late very often.

      Cons

      The company has less people, so everyone is busier.
