Not enough training, Not a great place to grow a career long term Leadership can be a little demeaning and unforgiving if a mistake happens Being a contractor means your contract can end tomorrow without notice. Classic favoritism/nepotism/politics, but that’s every place at this point. No phone/internet while at work.

There’s no growth here. People have been working for over 15 years and can only reach the team lead position. All upper management is hired from outside. Salaries are below market average because employees work on visas. They expect you to do extra work every year but never promote you or significantly raise your salary. The benefits are terrible. They don’t even give you PTO balance in advance. They try to make you feel guilty when you take sick days.
