Pros
- Great and young team - Cutting edge technologies in every part of the stack - Education benefits - Parties and celebrations
Cons
- No remote work - Not so flexible workday - Office location forces you to use the car (it's far from train station or bus stop) - Despite being better than much of the traditional companies (banking, insurance, etc...), some rules look obsolete and arbitrary (no room with microwaves for dinner, mandatory to stay in your work desk when a visit is scheduled, etc...)
