Pros
Working for a brand as well-known and well-respected as Zagat will look good on your resume. Other than that, there wasn't much about them that was impressive.
Cons
Tim & Nina couldn't give a crap about their employees. Low pay and lack of adequate technology resources. Maybe it's gotten better since Google bought them.

Great people to work with. Good work/life balance. The Zagats are nice people and they paid well.
Cons
Google purchased them and do not know how to grow the business.
