Management communicates a clear and consistent strategy. Within Yulex exists a carefully crafted culture of innovation where all employees can contribute to change an emerging industry.
Cons
Yulex is venture backed with never enough money to drive business to its full potential. Company has been forced into RIFs when funding gets low which adversely affects company morale.

Dreams are supported by smoke & mirrors, empty promises, and discouraging let-downs. Funded by private investors, this company is extremely focused on it's image.
