Pros
Positive work environment, great team, and fun perks! If you work hard you will be compensated accordingly. It's a small company, so you get to do a little bit of everything which is not something you can say about every other company. If you want to learn a lot about advertising, marketing and sales, this is the place to be!
Cons
It is a smaller company, so things can get really busy at times
