      A few cool/talented people that made work bareable

      Cons

      No project manager, no leadership, not a nurturing environment and extremely rude CTO. They barely started using promises and async functions. Many instances of devs sitting around waiting for apis, because the CTO is also the only back end engineer. React team doesn't know how to use state management. no one on the team uses comments. during the time i was employed 5-6 people i know left voluntarily.

      Management is a JOKE. HR is JOKE. This company is a JOKE. It's is lead by the most incompetent and unprofessional management I've ever experienced at a company. They have no idea what they're doing. There's nepotism. False promises are made about employee benefits but they never follow through. Pay is incredibly LOW for a california tech company. Also, the CEO asked people during a meeting once to write positive reviews on here because there weren't enough. So I wouldn't even trust where any positive reviews on this site are coming from.
