Pros
It's a cliche, but it's like a family. These guys have all known each other for years. Everyone is nice and competent. I've never worked at a place that makes me feel more at home.
Cons
It's a small company, so the benefits and pay are not the best that you could get.

Pros
Flexible and run by people, not processes and paperwork. It's small, so any problem you can have is easy to resolve. Open to remote work. Healthcare is covered by the company. That's pretty huge.
Cons
The pay and benefits aren't as competitive as some other places. It's a small company. You aren't getting a company gym or discounts at national hotel chains or anything. It's not a fault of the company, but inflation is killer right now, and you can't really expect a 10% year over year raise. On the flip side, you can just talk to the CEO about such things, and he's a reasonable guy.
