      From Engineer point of view

      Pros

      Very good engineering company. Interesting people. Good culture. Work with great technologies and develop technologies for customers. Part of competence is hight tech consulting, especially with Eclipse and Enterprise. Good opportunities to grow as technical person. Salary pretty good in comparison of market.

      Cons

      Since very hight expectations not a lot of people could actually work well in company. Almost no full time managers, only technical leaders, so no way to evolve in this area without very strong techinical skills.

      You can choose from several projects with different tech stack. Many people can teach you and give proper feedback, so there is an opportunity to improve your skills and experience

      Cons

      Salary should be better. Depending on a project you can face management's problems
