People are incredible. Everybody is very friendly, supportive and inclusive. I was very sad when I decided to move to another role.
Cons
I sincerely can’t think of anything. If you enjoy working in a consultancy and switch between clients / projects - this place is a dream come true. Engineering managers and leadership team will always put you first and will never force you to do something you don’t want to do

Pros
Work alongside lovely and smart people. Pay is pretty good, and working remote is a big positive.
Cons
Pay hasn't kept up with inflation and some of our benefits are being slowly stripped away.
