Pros
Absolutely none unless you want to be made to feel like a moron when you share ideas and like being told exactly what to do with 0 creative freedom.
Cons
Leadership lacks empathy and you have 0 ability to grow in the organization. They hire you to do great things but then restrict you in every possible way. If the idea doesn’t come from one person at the top, it’s not going to get done. There is a reason so many people leave and are unhappy. People are afraid to speak their mind and if you share constructive criticism or concerns they are taken as personal attacks like we are in 5th grade.
