Pros

Pros? Really? You must be joking!!

Cons

A lot of slackers work at this company 90%) and they smooch off of the few that work hard and keep the company floating. Fire the slackers please and change the Management.. The new management is worse than the old.

Pros

Recent merger has given great opportunity for stability and driving the business forward, which was in fire-fighting mode in recent years. The company has a great future vision with exciting development activities, with the upcoming office move in Kelowna following the recent office move in Culver City it will finish the checklist of making an exciting and cool place to work.

Cons

Even though there is a relatively flat company structure, would be good to have more company-wide interaction

Pros

Really easy work, technology stack is at least 10 years old. No challenge to any real professional, most work can be done by a trained 🐒. Good benefits. Everyone minds their own business and focuses on getting their specific work done and going home. Great place to work if you're not interested in progressing in your career or learning/challenging yourself.

Cons

Old people everywhere. Someone retires practically every other month, lmao.
