Some really nice coworkers, working with people who want to succeed

Cons

-management is completely out of touch and because of this, 50% staff turnover past year alone -doesn't matter if company has just lost business, clients or staff. Management's message is always that "we are doing great!" Not sure if they are trying to trick people or if they really believe this themselves. -no consistent processes for anything -zero support from management for education or any kind of learning outside of work

They had some good processes in place. I was briefed properly on every job, which I have found to be a luxury at other places.

Cons

Sometimes there was too much process. Having an account manager and a project manager and a producer on the same job is overkill.

Pros

Generally the people are good to work with. For me personally, the work that I do is challenging. High profile clients.

Cons

Compensation is terrible. No raises in 5 years. Computers are old. Executive management only gives lip service to solving morale issues. Executive management has no interest in day-to-day processes and how to improve efficiency.
