      There was a variety of challenges with new merchandise coming in weekly and product launches.

      Cons

      Sometimes roles were too fluid and overlapped. There would be necessities that no one was responsible for.

      Pros

      I had the opportunity to do many different kinds of projects so it was never boring and was able to experience a variety of roles. In a small company, each member of the team is important to bring your skills to the table and be open-minded in helping others in an organized manner. In doing so you learn quickly and increase your experience across the board instead of being locked into one role.

      Cons

      You cannot be idle doing one role. Each person must step up to work as a team. Deadlines are tight.
