Pros

If you are looking to get underpaid, under appreciated and be treated to a few appetizers at Applebee’s once ever 6 months this is the place for you! Don’t forgot that free green mountain Kurig coffee in morning mmhmm, makes me thirsty just thinking about it!

Cons

In my opinion this is how I️ perceived the situation while I️ worked there. There was no real training involved. The Account Managers are dumb as a box of rocks. They had trouble just operating one client sometimes and would never last at a real company. They spent the majority of their day online shopping or going to “run errands.” I️ could’ve done their job with my eyes covered and a rampant coyote biting my arm 8 hours a day and probably still would have done a better job than them. The owner is passive aggressive and doesn’t do anything to bring in new business but will tell you they are bringing in this new technology or they are a few months out of nailing this client to work with, all of which is complete bologna. They spent what felt like hours one afternoon talking to their in laws about washing machines while some of us tried to work. They don’t really make you feel appreciated and more of just another person in a seat. There’s no room for growth, There is a reason no one wants to stay at this company. They can’t seem to hang onto the talent they acquire. Very rarely are there company sponsored outings, and I️ mean RARELY. Everything is always a giant secret even if it the littlest of things. But hey other than that no complaints. Again would like to reiterate this all opinion based. Don’t drink the cool aid.

Pros

Free coffee. That's the only pro I can think of

Cons

Honestly, don't even waste your time with this one. The work-life balance is awful, the work is dreadful, and the people make racist, off-color comments without any consequences. I felt incredibly uncomfortable working at this company and the low pay was not worth it.

Thank you for the feedback- glad you enjoyed the coffee! Pionear is open from 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday and we have recently introduced flexible hours for those employees who are interested in order to better serve our clients. Compensation for Recruiters is tied directly to their individual production and is unlimited. We understand that this structure may not be for everyone, but are constantly listening to our employees and experimenting with new ideas to accommodate their feedback. We wish you the best of luck in all your future career endeavors!
