Pros

WorkFlex offers incredible opportunities for both technical and personal growth. I’ve had the chance to take full ownership of projects, from stakeholder communication to DevOps integration and client interactions. The culture is highly supportive, with a strong emphasis on mentorship and collaboration, which has been invaluable in expanding my leadership and technical skills. The projects are dynamic, impactful and always fun!. Regular customer interaction fosters transparency and builds strong relationships, which I’ve found very fulfilling.

Cons

While the environment is fast-paced and engaging, there’s a strong focus on mental health and work-life balance, which helps prevent burnout. The company is attentive to ensuring employees are supported, making the challenges of a dynamic workload manageable and even rewarding.

Pros

100% remote employment contract. Unique flexibility concerning both working hours and work location. Friendly and international work environment. I learn something new everyday.

Cons

No work cell phone. On one hand they give you great flexibility, on the other, as a start-up environment, it requires also flexibility from employees to adapt to a less structured working environment (not easy for everyone, especially those coming from big companies).
