      The grounds are nice and front staff employees are great

      Cons

      The CEO and new chiefs don' know what they are doing and the blatant racism/favoritism runs it course here. Your not important unless your white, rich, or a donor.

      The property is beautiful. I think the lower level staff really do try their best.

      -micromanaged -office people have noses in the air -constantly watched by managers and cameras -going above and beyond is not rewarded -promote lazy people and kiss ups -cliquish -gossip -poor planning -dead end

      They seem to attract talented people.

      Cons

      This place is full of cons. Watch your hardworking coworkers leave in 60 months while ineffective people get promoted. Things always get worse.
