Pros

The only Pro is they pay better than the average, If you weight the Cons take the other job since you will not last this company. They go through sales people like no other and upper management should stick to washing cars.

Cons

Upper management has no clue as to the position they hold, Cant deliver a company message nor follows through what they promise. Ownership should sell the business since they as well have no clue as how to manage this many diversities. You can't loose money on one part of the business and expect the other to carry the other departments. Managing with threats never pay off. Your good people will leave and get other positions with more successful companies and eventually take your business away.

Pros

The company has some pros but the cons outweigh 10 fold. Ownership of this company has been trying to manage but can't seem to get ahold of their company. Good employees leave because they can see the larger picture. If you are wanting a solid future here it is only temporary.

Cons

Ownership will not listen to the management to make progressive changes but instead makes knee jerk reactions to small issues. Over promising and not delivering is one main issue this company has. Unless your on a service contract you will wait forever to get service. My speculation is if they don't address the small issues and fix them they will not be there for the long term.
