      One Hot Mess!

      Pros

      Besides some decent folks that share the pain with you. The company is mostly one big internal service failure.

      Cons

      Shockingly terrifying management, you will continuously be understaffed and overworked. Willwork/Teamwork will grind you down like meat then toss you out if you push back for your well-being. Senior management is proud of their bullies or aka bulldogs. When travel is needed, you will have to share a substandard hotel/motel room with random coworkers. A promise and a handshake mean absolutely nothing to these folks.

      High Turnover - Toxic Environment

      Pros

      New equipment. This is an old school I&D company "attempting" to be a general service contractor.

      Cons

      Management can’t delegate. Extremely toxic environment, lots of finger-pointing ego driven screaming matches. Get everything in writing and have an attorney review. Understand if you’re hired you’re presumably the scapegoat for your direct manager. And remember, if the offer sounds too good to be true, it is. Very long hours, you won't have a life outside of work.

      -broken Promises -no pay raises in years -no follow through -incentive plan is a complete joke
