      The have mastered the art of creating an illusion that is too good to be true

      Cons

      be careful of what you sign it is presented as a big perk but read the fine print..it locks you into their company with no recourse-- DO NOT SIGN... They will threaten you if you even mention you want to leave.

      Pros

      None! This company tied me up in a contract for 2 years and threatened to sue me when I tried to leave because my income literally went down 50% my first year working there. No support, no career development, no local advertising, and their "Award Winning" Agent Dashboard is useless. Chris Raveis has zero leadership skills and he treats agents and managers like crap. He will flush his father's company down the drain before long.

      The worst real estate company I have aver worked for in my 20 year career. Their agent retention strategy is tying independent contractors up in non-compete contracts and threatening to sue them if they leave. Nightmare experience.

      Pros

      Great at recruiting agents then imprisoning the agents with their contracts so that they can’t leave without being sued - also great at rolling back agents on their commission splits once they know the agent is parting ways. . They give an over abundance of meaningless awards and I mean meaningless to keep agents motivated

      Horrible company culture! They want to come across as distinguished and polished and they are more like the mofia always keeping an eye on who may want to leave so that they can shake them up. I was warned about this company and didn’t listen. My favorite manager was let go a few days before Christmas another manager friend who was super loyal to the company was sued when he left the company to work for another. They are Ruthless to say the least. If I could give no stars I would. I’m so glad I was able to tear away from this evil company with the shirt in my back
