      In the midst of a business transformation. Which isn't a con per se. But it does mean things are moving fast and the org is evolving rapidly. Some people may or may not like that sort of thing, depending on who you are.

      This is by far the most bureaucratic organization I’ve ever worked for. Change can be very slow and senior leadership is extremely siloed.
