      People are great to work with and the work is interesting and straight forward. This is a great place to grow creatively.

      Cons

      Health insurance is not great. The other types of insurance are though.

      Pros

      There is a great work life balance at Weston along with completive wages and generous time off policies! It is a great place for collaboration with room to grow within the company. Great company to work for and highly recommend.

      There are no cons that I can think of that would sway someone away from Weston!

      Pros

      Awesome culture! It's a relaxed atmosphere, no fear of being chained to your desk. They understand that sometimes you need to take taime off to take care of personal things, so there's no stress about that.
