Pros

Overall, people are friendly and willing to help. The people on the floor are very nice in general. Some managers are great people, it's really hit or miss. They give opportunities to grow with the company if you have a good reputation. They were generous with relocation packages and 401 k match.

Cons

1. Company-wide WCC is known to put people in positions where they don't know what they're doing or are somewhat inexperienced. This happened to me and it was very challenging - which is good for learning and growth, but when we did not meet expectations the plant level I felt like I was immediately the scapegoat who did nothing right. So beware of how they sell you those career "opportunities" 2. It is no mystery that manufacturing is very fast-paced and high-urgency. This means that every salaried member is basically a slave to production, which more often than not means working at least 60 hour weeks, boiling the fixed salary down to like $20/hour for a management position (who are the first to get blamed btw) 3. Finally, it really depends on the plant. Hattiesburg has a very good rep, and Houston has been up and coming. I personally enjoyed working with the Houston team. However, I spent most of my time at Tolleson - which was and continues to be the worst plant by far in every sense (extremely high turnover, dissatisfaction, higher cost of living). The GM at Tolleson has no sense of ownership and lacks leadership skills. To be fair, she is just another classic WCC case where she was force to take on a position that she was not qualified for - only because no one internally wanted to take on the heat from Corporate, and no external hires would take such low salary. TLDR; DO NOT GO TO TOLLESON NO MATTER WHAT
