      Warning! Sinking Ship!

      Pros

      All the field engineers are quitting and the ones that won’t bend over for management are fired so there’s lots of room for growth.

      Cons

      Employees can not leave fast enough. Most of the good field engineers have left over the last two years due to poor management in Houston. You have to earn your days off and the pay is laughable.

      Pros

      "Boots on the ground" staff such as Feild engineers, workshop techs and logistics staff all build a strong sence of comradery due to the working conditions imposed on them.

      Cons

      Members of staff that have been at the company since the early years of its growth have unfortunately stuck around far too long. Its assumed by most of those I've spoken to on the matter, these "senior" members of staff have come to the realisation they dont have the skill sets required at larger companies and have created niches within welltec. Its also worth noting, as an unwritten rule within the company, career progression is extremely unlikely unless you wish to train as a Feild Engineer.
