      Pros

      I spent a big chunk of my career there and I thoroughly enjoyed every minute. Tons of growth opportunities, was able to significantly contribute to the product and work on incredibly hard and rewarding technical challenges. Met so many great people there who are still close friends today. I’ve worked at lots of startups in my career and Webflow was by far the best experience I’ve had. After I left to join an early stage start up I quickly found the early stage startup operated more like a big company with more politics than Webflow and now I just want to go back to Webflow.

      Cons

      Hyper growth is what it is and comes with periods of stability and adjustment. Some pockets and teams in the company more stable over time than others. Compared to other companies that have experienced the kind of exponential growth Webflow has had and will continue to have I think they’re handling it far better than average.
