Well, it’s a job

Pros

Some cool people. Pay is okay if you are just starting out

Cons

The union is on the companies side more than ours so we keep getting bad contracts. The shop is run so terribly and they don’t train hardly at all for any positions. Only one supervisor actually seems to know what he is doing.

Bad management

Pros

Get to work with some great people and depending which part of the warehouse you are in its pretty easy work for the pay.

Cons

Upper management blame s everything on the employees. When the sales people overbooked the warehouse by about 5 months and we were falling behind because of capacity, the management started calling us lazy and started cracking down on the best employees while going easy on the worst. There is very low moral. Employees who have worked there for years and years no longer car about the company and honestly just go to work because they have no where else to go. No opportunities to grow in the company.
