      Pros

      Family atmosphere, Flexibility, and room for growth. We are a small company; however, if you have the drive and want to advance then Waltonen's management will back you. I really enjoy working here and would highly recommend this company to family and friends. Which I do! They have a strong referral program in place that will pay you for your referrals.

      Pros

      Waltonen Engineering is a wonderful place to work. The company leaders promote a team environment that is friendly. The office space is new, clean, and comfortable. The equipment is new with use of the latest software. Benefits are incredible with a great healthcare plan, 401K match, bonus structure, and higher education match.
