      No training, no guidance, no opportunities to improve. Hire people and toss them out 3 months later without any support or explanation

      Benefits were competitive. People were like family. Decent salary.

      Cons

      The last several years have shown that Management has lost its grip on the employees. Several long term people have left, sales is in constant turnover, Management does not lead by example, employees at office are extremely overworked, morale has deteriorated, and employees are scared to voice opinions. President is rarely in the office and anarchy ensues. No growth opportunities.
