Pros

I've heard long time employees complaining about the benefits, but these are great! Nice retirement and reasonable healthcare, along with a healthy PTO and holiday pay structure. I guess they used to offer even more, but compared to where I've worked before and knowing that we all have to do more with less, this place is doing a great job with all this.

Cons

They don't like letting people work remotely, even if the job lends to being better suited for it. They have remote workers, but they don't love it.

Good work life balance. Great retirement benefits. A lot of job security being in healthcare.

Cons

They do need to have more ways for employees to grow within the company. Some of the offices are outdated.
