      Pros

      Great company filled with great people. This company is going places. The founder works non stop, this company is his life. But he maintains a positive culture and treats everyone with respect.

      Cons

      Company is still in the early stages so there's not a lot of structure yet. But I enjoy the craziness of the startup life
