The company has such a high turn around rate that none one new stays around long enough to become 'seniority'. It feels as if the company is slowing crashing and burning. Many of the older 'senior' employees are at the point where they are retiring and the company try's to hard to keep them around instead of incentivizing the newer employees to stay and learn. Management will 'terminate' employees for mundane reasons and with out warnings. You will do more work than what you are paid to do and they will have pizza party's to try and compensate. They, DO NOT, want anyone that is not in s manager position to WFH, they are extremally annal about it and are always purposing the idea of a hybrid work schedule but they never commit to it as they are consistently adding new reason on why no one if qualified to WFH. But they will hire a new employee and only train them for a month then when the employee was moving out of the city, they will extend them WFH. a major disrespect to everyone in the office. They want to relive the 'glory days' soo bad. I would advise to take the position to get experience, but don't stay long.

No real pay incentives. No real promotional structure. After 1 year your skills stagnate. WFH job but unless you have special privileges you have to go into the office every day anyway. Any plans to actually WFH never pan out.
