Training could be better if the program manager had the support to do so.

Con artists. Receiving funds but not facilitating them back into the community, or the buildings, or the staff. Facility full of bugs and spiders, Company cars sitting in collecting dust while they make you drive your private vehicle. A very retaliative staff, including the directors and HR. They cannot be trusted. Workplace harassment, and daily bullying from supervisors. Not a good fit for anyone. No training provided, they don’t even supply office supplies for you to do your job. From the top to the bottom this place is a dead environment and the positive press is full of lies.
