      Pros

      Offers opportunity to improve time management skills because the work load is heavy. Expand on skills of employment counselling and job development.

      Cons

      There is no formal training, very clicky, competitive in the roles, lack of organization, management micromanage staff, lack of respect, no praise of job well done, workload is extremely heavy. Communication skills are extremely poor with management.
