Pros
Brilliant people and a great direction and leadership. There's a clear vision and strategy for increasing the quality and output of the work. There are also solid training opportunities in place. By working here you are bound to develop a rigorous approach to work and a strong understanding of what great work looks like and what it takes to get there.
Cons
The culture is more work hard than play hard. There are company parties throughout the year but they're very much 'let's go to this bar and put on a free bar until 10 and then it's up to you' which leaves a bit to be desired. The creative output is also very good, but not yet great. The awards cabinet is growing, but it's not quite top-tier. Yet. You can change that though.
