- The revenue / recruiter targets are literally not practical to achieve - Very low salary range - The organization structure changes on a daily basis. - Too much pressure on employees - No hike/ No incentives /No career growth

I wa working with Volantis for more than 2 yrs, good people, good management. Work environment is motivating, always focus on mutual growth. The mgmt values employees & their concerns.
