Business outlook
Pros
They are in an expanding market, have a good contact center solution and great international dealers and customers. They paid me on time and for all expenses incurred. The support people out of Canada were very helpful.
Cons
US presence is weak. Company is run out of France and has never understood the US market. Support was sketchy for the US. People were great but overworked since they don't hire in the US for this. They are missing the boat in the US. They had a VP Sales for years out of Canada who had anger management problems. They let him finally go but nor after he lost two large accounts I was working on.
